9. Create a daily routine and stick to it

Time management is an important skill and so it is when it comes to best performance in school. Small acts like setting time for studying, dinning and all other things is essential because it allows one to keep track of their daily routines, without missing on any routine or spending more time on one thing. However effective time management enables children to become more confident, organized, learn more efficiently and they complete more in less time because they are often focused, and they are not wasting time on distractions.

A well-designed daily routine enables children to use their time effectively and they are always up to date and on time.

  • Start bedtime routines early

Getting back into a school sleeping schedule is very important to every school child. Children need some time to get back to the sleeping pattern that they had before holidays started. In order to make it easier for the kids to be awake early in the morning, parents need to introduce the school sleep routine two weeks before school starts. Having enough sleep is as important to kids as it is to you.
